The EU has corrected some dates and published in the Official Journal on 04\/07\/2023. Regulation (EU) 2023\/1230 on machinery, will apply from 20 January 2027 &#8211; instead of 14 January 2027.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>2023-06-29 Regulation (EU) 2023\/1230 on machinery, or in short the EU Machinery Regulation 2023, has been published in the Official Journal of the EU on 29\/06\/2023. This means that the regulation will enter into force 20 days later. It will apply from Jan. 14, 2027, but some articles will apply from 2023 or 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The Machinery Directive 2006\/42\/EC is therefore history on January 14, 2027.
